Performance assessment,as a human resources management tools and method,has been approved by the management for the important of managing the enterprise and quite a number of companies have invested large energy.But unfortunately,the enterprise which is through the performance assessment and achieves the expected purpose of the enterprise is few;most enterprises fail at halfway or maybe are maybe just a form.Therefore,what makes the leaders of enterprise helpless is that designed out the assessment plan with great effort but can not use or implement all times;Various director complain,staff comment continually;After replacing some of the HR manager helplessly,enterprise leadership turn to blame the quality of the staff is not high,middle-level management turn to blame system or authorization is not enough.From the traditional "personality,performance and ability" assessment to the goal management and the balance of the score card,the enterprise management tries many ways,but no function,at last,it is not the same management planed.This is a situation in performance assessment in a lot of enterprises at present,such as systemic problem,job analysis,evaluation,employees.evaluation standard of frequency,career,feedback mechanism.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and put forward the measures to solve these problems.
