In 2005, With the M&A of WISCO and E Gang Corp., E Gang entered the high-speed development of the fast lane. Restructuring over the past five years, E Gang has built Cold rolling steel sheet, Heavy plate sheet of advanced product line, etc. E Gang enriched the product structure. At the same time, E Gang improved the marketing strategy, and obtained an obviously growth in the past 5 years.E Gang in the process of rapid development, it gradually reveals some shortcomings. The overall marketing pattern of E Gang has undergone major changes after the reorganization, cancel the previous consignment model system to the existing network of dealers, while in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Chongqing, Wuhan and other cities set up a wholly-owned sales subsidiaries, On the one hand responsible for the local steel jaw coordination and service network clients, on the other hand is responsible for self-E Gang products sold. After several years of development, E Gang Sales Branch office in coordinating customer service network to play a positive role, but in the development of self-marketing business is already experiencing a bottleneck, the existing business model is easy to form a larger loss. Branch office not only can not bring economic benefits for the E Gang, but created a drag on the urgent need to find a new marketing model to break through the bottleneck.
