Company A is A large multinational brand retail company,mainly engaged in sports apparel and shoes.With the continuous complexity of enterprise business and the increase of the number of personnel,enterprise organizational structure is increasingly complex,and the original sales management system is no longer adapted to the development needs in the new situation in the china market.The improvement and process optimization of company A's sales management enable the company to adapt to the increasingly severe competition environment at the current stage,which is not only the realistic demand of the company's survival and development,but also an urgent subject to be studied.In this paper,by referring to domestic and foreign literature and combining with the foundation of enterprise's internal and external environment,the sales management of A company has been studied.Based on the company's background,industry characteristics and business model,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current status of retail management of company A in the western market of China and some difficulties and challenges the company is facing at present.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background of the research on the sales management of company A and lists the framework content of this paper.The second is to introduce the concepts and theoretical basis of sales management.The third part is to introduce the general situation of company A,internal and external environment and the sales management of company A,analyze the problems in the sales management of company A,and analyze the causes of the problems.Fourthly,on the basis of the theoretical overview in the first few chapters and the analysis of the current situation of brand sales management,it puts forward reasonable and effective Suggestions for improvement on the sales management indicators of A company.Fifth,Suggestions on the safeguard measures for the implementation of company A's business strategy.Sixth,the research and prospect of this paper.In view of the influence of company A in the domestic sports and leisure clothing market,the sales management of company A is studied in this paper,and it can also be found that other enterprises in the clothing industry can draw lessons from the sales management mode of company A.
