Research On The Development Strategy Of SDIC Huayang Linyi Logistics Company

With the acceleration integration of the global economy,Chinese logistics have gained rapid development in the following aspects: the rapid growth of the scale,overall improvement of services,developing conditions and circumstances,which have laid a solid foundation for Chinese further development of logistics.Meanwhile,the logistics companies are faced with fiercer competitions.Consequently,it is vital for a company to make valid and practical competitive strategies in pursuing sustainable development.This research aims to optimize Huayang's logistic structure and then solve the problems in Huayang's development strategies,with the hope of making Huayang a frist-class integrated logistics company with great competency.First,this thesis makes an introduction of the current studies of logistics and logistic strategies.It lays its emphasis upon the developing patterns and trends of modern logistics,the basic connotations of logistic strategy and the process of the management of modern logistic strategies,which provide a basic theoretical foundation for the study of logistic strategies of Huayang.Second,this research analyzes the internal and external environment of Huayang in terms of the macro-environment,business and market competition.Besides,this part examines its managerial ability,and points out the problems of the company's logistic system.Third,this thesis makes a SWOT analysis of Huayang,which provides a strategic assessment of its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of developing logistics.Based on this assessment,this research puts forward the guiding ideology and then makes scientific overall goals of Huayang's Strategic Planning.Fourth,based on the theoretical anlysis above,this research provides a framework of the developing strategies of logistics in Huayang,consisting of the following aspects: the establishment of informatized platform,the establishment of Land Port as the logistics center,stepping up financial service for logistics and realizing fourth logistic.Moreover,this research puts forward detailed the measures to guarantee the application of these strategies.
