With the promotion of economic globalization and Internet economy,China’s third-party logistics industry has developed rapidly.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress: "Strengthening infrastructure network construction such as water conservancy,railway,highway,waterway,aviation,pipeline,power grid,information and logistics." As a modern service industry,the logistics industry will benefit from it.In order to adapt to the new trend,S Logistics Company,as a professional third-party logistics enterprise,is also facing a gradual transformation from realizing domestic traditional logistics to modern logistics.This paper takes S Logistics Company as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the concept of logistics and development strategy and related theoretical basis,which provides theoretical guidance for the content of the article.Secondly,combined with the specific situation of S logistics enterprises,this paper uses PEST model to analyze the external environment of S logistics enterprises,further explores the internal environment of S logistics enterprises through visits and surveys,and carries out SWOT matrix analysis combining the two,which provides a realistic basis for the formulation of S logistics company’s development strategy framework.Combined with the above analysis,this paper puts forward the strategic objectives and positioning of S Logistics Company,and formulates the strategic framework of diversified business,building standardized services,strengthening competition in the field and promoting information transformation.Finally,the safeguard measures of organization,system,talent,technology and enterprise culture in the implementation of S logistics company’s development strategy are discussed separately to guarantee the realization of S logistics enterprise’s development strategic objectives. |
