Workplace bullying behavior in the whole society is recognized as a kind of common existence of the behavior of occupational violations.Workplace bullying can have a very bad impact on organizations and individuals,it will not only have a serious negative impact on organizational performance,but also hurt the victim's body and mind.The west already has a lot of workplace bullying research success.However,the success of this kind of research in our country is very rare,only a few researchers have carried out an empirical study on this subject.The main contents of this paper are:firstly,according to the research background,purpose and significance are analyzed,and expounds the main research contents and technical route,research methods used in this paper.Secondly,the theory of the new generation of employees,the definition of workplace bullying concept and work performance concept is analyzed.Third,to design the process of this research,sets research variables,assumptions and construct the model for the new generation of workplace bullying,job satisfaction and job performance as well as the three dimensions of the impact of the new generation of employees,the workplace bullying and various dimensions of task performance and relationship performance,the impact of the new generation of work satisfaction and its dimensions in the relevant performance and the impact of job satisfaction and workplace bullying is proposed assumptions,and designed a questionnaire survey,questionnaire survey data,the implementation of data analysis,statistical analysis of samples with the descriptive statistics,reliability analysis and validity analysis of the data,on the basis of workplace bullying scale and performance validity,according to the different of other employees in the workplace bullying and job performance,analysis of variance workplace bullying and job satisfaction,job satisfaction and job performance,and the effects of workplace bullying and job performance of the relationship between the implementation of regression analysis.Finally,the implementation of the summary to the full text,and put forward the corresponding suggestions.
