Since the "first year of webcasting" in 2016,new webcasting platforms have continuously emerged, the number of webcasting users is increasing day by day,and the types of webcasting are also being updated. The live broadcast content is gradually enriched from ceremonies, events and competitions, and games, travel, daily life, and meals have become live broadcast content. The benign development of the live broadcast industry is one of the important components that promote the healthy and orderly development of the Internet industry. However, with the continuous changes and innovations in the online live broadcast, many of the hidden problems have gradually erupted, and the privacy infringement issues are also difficult to find The characteristics of being difficult to control and difficult to prevent have become one of the most difficult problems to be solved urgently. As a new electronic media platform, the online live broadcast platform has created new situations, presenting the characteristics of the continuous mixing of virtual scenes and real scenes, the expansion of the "Central Zone" space, the unlimited sharing of information, and the gradual elimination of authority. The new social situation requires people to form a new code of conduct to avoid the appearance of anomie. In the network live broadcast scenario, people's speech behavior may be broadcasted at any time, the "backstage" may be exposed at any time, and people may become public figures at any time. This situation may result in a series of rights violations such as privacy infringement.Enhancing the protection of rights in live webcasts should receive enough attention. Many people are very vague about the concept of privacy in online live broadcasts. The live broadcasters often cannot realize that their privacy has been violated, and many live broadcasters may not realize that they have violated the rights of others. The real-time and interactive nature of webcasting makes the content spread more real and fast, and also makes it difficult to filter the content,so that privacy infringement can be prevented. Not only should the audience's awareness of rights protection be strengthened, and corresponding rights should be guaranteed, the anchor should also treat his broadcast content more rigorously when performing live webcasts. In addition,it should be mentioned that the privacy infringement problems of webcasting happen more in outdoor public spaces, but there is still a big difference between webcasting and public video surveillance systems. The anchor must not think that it can be exposed at will in public spaces.Anyone's words or actions. With the continuous enrichment of social life, the content of privacy infringements in webcasts is more extensive and the main body is more diverse. The privacy infringements supported by technical means are more difficult to prevent and the harm is more serious. The standard management of privacy infringements in webcasting is imminent. This article takes Merovitz's media context theory as the main theory, summarizes the frequent infringements of privacy infringements in the current live webcast, and analyzes the reasons why privacy infringements are more likely to occur in the new social contexts accompanying the development of electronic media. It is hoped that it will arouse more evangelists, the deceased and the audience's attention to privacy infringement in the live webcast, provide certain countermeasures and suggestions for privacy protection,so as to suppress the irregular behavior in the live webcast, and play an active role in the live webcast.
