With the development of satellite communication system construction,the control of satellite resources is getting stronger and stronger,but there are still serious problems.On the one hand,the design of the communication terminal and the network control center allows the manual setting of satellite resources for network communication,which often leads to illegal occupation of resources;on the other hand,the satellite resources are scattered across various communication networks,and the idleness is not busy.It is normal.Some resources have been idle for a long time,while other urgent communication needs cannot be met,which seriously affects the performance of the satellite communication system.Moreover,the satellite resource management functional departments at all levels have no systematic resource management and control methods,and often rely on manual pre-allocation methods,which are low in efficiency.In response to the above problems,the satellite resource dynamic management and control system takes communication satellite resources as the core,and focuses on the efficient implementation of communication support tasks and the optimal allocation of satellite resources.It uses technical means to scientifically plan the satellite resources required for specific communication tasks.The allocation,use,and recovery of satellite resources are fully controlled,and satellite resource allocation mechanisms between networks,units,and tasks are established to achieve on-demand allocation and immediate recovery of resources,improve resource reuse,and effectively Improve the use efficiency of communication satellite resources.The satellite dynamic control system based on multi-level nodes adopts B/S architecture,Spring technology,etc.Before system design,the overall structure of the design was first clarified,and in-depth demand analysis was carried out from the aspects of improving the scientificity and operability of satellite resource management,and the five functions of system management,task management,resource management,equipment management,and resource monitoring were carried out.Design and implementation.Finally,the system function is tested comprehensively,and the result shows that the system designed and implemented this time meets the design requirements.The main work of the thesis:(1)In the design stage,the structure of the system is defined,and the requirement analysis is carried out scientifically.The content of the analysis mainly includes the operability and scientific nature of the system,and the functions of system management,resource monitoring,equipment management,resource management and task management are gradually designed and realized(2)The multi-level node data interaction is designed to facilitate the data interaction between the upper and lower nodes.The task resource planning strategy is put forward to provide the theoretical basis for the implementation of the system.(3)The system includes five functional modules including system management,task management,resource management,equipment management,and resource monitoring,as well as the database.Through the explanation of the above key parts,the satellite resource dynamic management and control system is designed and implemented.
