With the rapid development in computer software and hardware, An important application of it is how to deal with 3D graphics which is playing an important role in many areas. such as the geographic information system, aerospace and so on. The management of 3D scene is an important issue in the study of 3D graphics at all times, which focuses on how to organize the various data of scene, which supports all manner of applications in 3D graphics. In this paper, we studied The Management of 3D Scene, proposed some new opinion and algorithm and made a further application.Firstly, this paper analysed 3Dscene management technology and introduced emphatically the several scene organization technology, elaborating recent development of scene organization at home and abroad, and illustrated the basic thoughts, features and insufficiencies existed in them.Secondly, in this paper, a novel organizational design was proposed, aiming at organizing the simulation entities in aerospace information system, which the dynamic scene more, scene complicated. The design is easily extensible with various spatial data structures in the scene graph and improve the real-time rendering of 3D scene.Thirdly, the influence the 3D rendering speed of various factors were analyzed and studied efficient invocation of multiple attributes of objects based on state transition optimization strategies. In this algorithm, we considered the reneding priority of objects, and puted forward the improvement of the algorithm. Finally, applying the improved methods in the large-scale scene, optimized the scene management, and it was realized that high speed rendering and roaming on large space scene.
