With the development of the world, computer technology is used in every field, the system can not meet the ordinary practical needs of various industries, real-time systems in the rapidly growing over the past few years, from toasters to major defense, aerospace, communication, automatic control and other fields have been widely used. To develop complex real-time system must be developed in the early stage of system design to model the entire system, based on actual demand to adjust the model can be intuitively find and improve the system design.Real-time Unified Modeling Language UML-RT in the traditional real-time Unified Modeling Language UML, based on a variety of added features to support real-time modeling. It is a visual, definition, structure, documentation and implementation of software systems based graphics language.In this paper, the characteristics of real-time systems, based on real-time Unified Modeling Language UML-RT and Rational Rose RealTime modeling tools to real-time system LTE wireless communication system signaling subsystem detailed design of the system to identify the participants, to identify and determine the use cases, the system use case diagram, package diagram, Capsule, state diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, collaboration diagram for the specific model were discussed in detail with real-time Unified Modeling Language UML-RT for real-time system, the detailed process modeling and meaning.
