With the continuous development of digital information technology,combining digital twin technology with indoor positioning technology and applying it to large indoor scenes has become a research hotspot in the field of digital twin.As a very classic indoor venue,museum is a very important application site for this research hotspot.The traditional offline museum model can no longer meet the educational and visiting needs of modern visitors to museums,for example,the single exhibition approach cannot motivate visitors,the two-dimensional flat map cannot provide effective indoor navigation,and the large amount of exhibition information can lead to visitor information overload and other pain points seriously affect the visitor experience.The innovative integration of indoor positioning technology and digital twin technology,which complement and cooperate with each other and are applied to the indoor scenes of museums,not only provides solutions to the above problems,but also promotes the wisdom enhancement of museums and enhances the educational and visiting values of museums.Based on the above background and problems,this thesis designs and develops a smart museum system based on real-time location and digital twin,taking the Capital Museum as the application scenario.The work of this thesis is divided into two parts:one,the design of personalized museum tour recommendation algorithm based on real-time location data.This thesis introduces a museum gallery recommendation algorithm that fuses association rules with real-time location data,converting real-time location data information into real-time gallery recommendation scores through association rules,which to some extent solves the recommendation cold-start problem under the special field of museum tour and improves the recommendation The algorithm’s realtime performance is improved,and the experimental results confirm that the recommendation algorithm can effectively recommend content that meets user requirements and solve the information overload problem for museum visitors.Second,the design and implementation of the digital twin smart museum system.This thesis relies on software engineering specifications,first analyzes the project background and describes in detail the technology required for the system,and then conducts a more comprehensive system requirements analysis through use case diagrams,etc.Then completes the system outline design based on the requirements analysis,designs the overall system architecture,divides the system functional modules,including the user module,building module,exhibit module,exhibition hall module,real-time location data management module,and designs the database table Finally,detailed test cases are designed for the functional and non-functional requirements of the system to complete testing.The development and testing of this system have been completed.The system provides a series of real-time location digital twin intelligent services based on the 3D indoor scenes of the museum,including innovative functions such as real-time guided tours and real-time exhibition hall recommendations.
