With the rapid development of wireless sensing technology and information processing system in the Internet of things,the application of active radio frequency identification(RFID)has been deeply applied in all walks of life.However,active tags themselves are limited by the battery life,and the problems of short service life and high cost become more and more prominent.Based on the traditional RFID structure,a new RFID active tag scheme for wireless charging is proposed in this paper.The specific work is as follows:1.An active labelling scheme combining low-power wakeup design with wireless energy collection technology is proposed.The system work plan is optimized to balance the power consumption of the tag system with the wireless charging efficiency,so as to effectively extend the service life of active tags.Optimize the design of the system structure,radio frequency transceiver,wake up circuit and wireless charging module common antenna,so as to reduce the size of the tag.2.A compact broadband efficient wireless energy collection circuit is designed.Based on the double-voltage rectification scheme,L-type wide-band matching topology structure is adopted,and lumps are used to replace microstrip structure to realize miniaturization of the circuit.Simulation and test results show that the rectification efficiency of the circuit reaches more than 70% in the range of 1.5GHz ~ 3.2GHz frequency band.3.A low-power wake-up circuit is designed to control the active label working mode.When the label is in sleep mode,the wake-up circuit monitors the signals in free space in real time,and when the wake-up signal is detected,the MCU switches to working mode to communicate with the reader.The power waste of the tag can be effectively reduced by mode switching without affecting the radio frequency communication.4.Conduct joint debugging test for RFID active tags.When the tag is in sleep mode,the wireless energy collection circuit is tested.When the tag is in working mode,RFID data signal is collected and analyzed.Under the excitation condition of simulated wake-up signal,the effectiveness of wake-up circuit in reducing label power consumption is verified.The test results show that the wireless charging RFID active tag scheme can work effectively for a long time.
