"Inner Mongolia Publishing Group" Diversified Management Research

Diversified management is a strategic choice for publishing group to carry out according to the industry background when it reaches a certain stage of development.It is also the way of publishing industry development and transformation and internal demand.In this paper,based on the theory of diversification,was studied by macroscopic and microscopic Angle "Inner Mongolia publishing group diversification strategy,and puts forward the implementing diversification in the publishing group,should be combined with actual group development,in the work of the journal have raised primarily,diversified development ideas,realize the publishing business,technology,channels and other aspects of diversified development,create new economic growth point,perfect the management types,raise the overall strength of publishing group's point of view.This paper is composed of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction part elaborates the research object,the basis and significance of the topic,the research overview and the research method.The thesis is divided into three chapters.The first chapter discusses the establishment process and current situation of Inner Mongolia publishing group.The second chapter simply states the necessity and inevitability of the diversified operation of Inner Mongolia publishing group,and studies the fact that Inner Mongolia publishing group implements diversified operation mainly by means of cooperation strategy and main business,focusing on related diversification and exploring non-related diversification strategy.The third chapter analyzes and discusses the diversified management approaches of Inner Mongolia publishing group from two aspects: related diversified management approaches and non-related diversified management approaches.The conclusion summarizes the content of the paper.
