In recent years,the number of college students participating in volunteer work has been increasing year after year,and the field of volunteer service has been expanding rapidly.The management of college student volunteers and their volunteer works has become a very important part of the work of college students.In order to deal with the problem of management process complex still rise,special requirements for volunteer works and the degree of volunteer specialty professional matching is not high.With the help of network information technology,it is necessary to combine talents,time and information advantages,scientifically deploy volunteers and reasonably control the volunteer work process.Therefore,the university volunteer information management and service jobs recommended system research and development work need to be implemented.The business functions of system include personal information management,volunteer team management,recruiting organization information management,volunteer service jobs recommendations and volunteer activities management.In addition,with the continuous development and innovation of information technology,users also have increasing requirements on the usability of the software system.Therefore,this system adopts the system architecture of Microservice Architecture to ensure that the system can pass various tests of system function adaptability and maintenance convenience.The specific research contents are summarized as follows.(1)A volunteer service position recommendation algorithm based on clustering is proposed.Through the analyze of the problem how to deal with volunteer individual inclination and volunteer jobs demand compatibility,put forward based on the time factor optimization clustering service jobs recommended model,and programing to implement high accuracy service post recommendation feature,provide the job for the majority of college volunteers which accord with the actual situation,voluntary intention of individual volunteer positions.In this paper,we integrate the K-means algorithm and the KNN algorithm.At first,the user dataset of volunteers and service jobs datasets are pre-classifide,and set the class standard.Next,by calculate the similarity between the dataset jobs to be recommended.Finally,by calculate the weighting filter through time,eliminate the false information because of the time points,and sort the results,for volunteer users to generate the final results of the recommended TOP-N in descending order.(2)Design and implementation of university volunteer information management and service position recommendation system.Through the analysis of the development process of university volunteer information management and service post recommendation system,the design anddevelopment of business functions,and then complete the implementation of the system.This system adopts the current popular and mature Spring Cloud + Spring Boot development scheme,using related components to achieve the Eureka service governance center,Zuul API gateway,Hystrix load balancing and remote invocation of microservices.The codes of system are managed by Maven,the system deployment steps are implemented by Docker container technology.Firstly,study and interpretation of the componets' underlying principle.Then conduct system requirements analysis detailly,and divided the system function modules according to the results of analysis,each function module corresponds to the mutually independent microservices,each microservice development technology without constraints,and solely responsible for the realization of its business functions.The analysis flow and construction process of each module are given,and the main system functions and interface screenshots are provided.Finally,the system is summarized and prospected briefly.All functions of the system meet the expected standards,the system can provide users with recommendations and information management functions reliably and efficiently.
