Research On And Design Of Information Management And Recommendation System For College Graduates' Destination

With the increasing number of college graduates,the employment pressure of graduates is getting bigger and bigger,at the same time,the choices are more diverse.Therefore,many students are confused about the development direction and career choice after graduation.In order to help these students reduce blindness and improve their success rate,in this thesis we studied and developed a information management and recommendation system for college graduates' destination.The main function of the system is to collect the graduation destination information of previous students,including graduation destination,professional achievement,grade point,award status,gender,etc.,according to the graduation destination(divided into five categories:progression,overseas,employment,entrepreneurship and unemployment).These information is divided into categories to establish and manage the database;On this basis,the system conducts statistics and mining of these information,and recommends to the freshmen to refer to the more suitable conditions.In the implementation process,the thesis firstly cleans and sorts the acquired data,extracts the graduation destination information,and performs database management accordingly.In order to facilitate the query,the search and screening module is developed.Secondly,the K-means++algorithm is used to cluster the student data,and the best experimental performance Adaboost integration algorithm is selected.According to the previous students' data,the current students are classified and predicted,and the prediction results are provided for reference,to achieve rough recommendations.Thirdly,On the basis of analysis and comparison the similarity calculation method based on the empirical formula is adopted,Through the comparison of the basiccharacteristics of the one-on-one of the freshmen and previous students,the similarity is obtained,which is the main basis for recommending the specific graduation destination.To provide them with the most suitable information on the employment destination of previous students.Fourth,according to the final destination of the previous students,the data will be sorted out,and the students and relevant management departments(such as the college employment office)will be quickly browsed and consulted.In addition,user management and login,registration and other modules have been designed and developed to facilitate system administrators to manage.In summary,this thesis studies K-means++ clustering algorithm,Adaboost integrated classification algorithm and experience-based similarity algorithm,and combines the MVC development framework,Django site management framework and database software development technology to complete the above Prototype of research on and design of information management and recommendation system for college graduates' destination.I hope that the work and results of this thesis can provide reference and help for related research and development.
