The new guide points out that green smart residential areas are the basic and important component of smart city construction,with the characteristics of benefiting people and benefiting people,realizing "food,housing,transportation,tourism,shopping The network and intelligence of the seven elements of entertainment and health life provide residents with a safer,convenient,comfortable and pleasant living environment.This topic focuses on the smart residential property management,including the smart property management scheme design,database design,personnel management,interface design and implementation,aiming to make the management of the residential area more refined,humanized and more convenient to visit.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper summarizes the current situation of property management in residential areas and communities at home and abroad.On this basis,it compares smart residential property with traditional residential property,and concludes that smart residential property is the improvement of traditional property in function,the increase of connotation and the expansion of scale,which is more inclined to improve the quality of life of residents.Therefore,on the basis of the original construction of residential property management system platform,the platform uses information technology means to build residential ecosystem,to achieve comprehensive management.Secondly,in view of the limitations of traditional residential property management and the demand of intelligent residential property in control,management and service,the composition of the system,the overall architecture of the system and the overall scheme of the system are studied and designed.This paper expounds the functional requirements and system design of the main subsystem of intelligent residential property management,and designs and develops the system cloud database by analyzing the data type and data structure of property management business.It ensures the unity of property business model and lays the foundation of intelligent property management in residential areas.Thirdly,according to the concept of "people-oriented",the intelligent residential property management system is constructed,which widens the application of machine learning on the system platform.According to the current access data of a residential area in Yantai,Shandong Province,the behavior of residents in the residential area is predicted,and four prediction models are established.By comparing with the actual data,the most consistent model between the output model and the trend of training samples is selected,and the control strategy of the system is guided by the needs of people,in order to better serve the residents.Finally,the system software is developed.Based on B/S architecture and LNMP(Linux operating system,Nginx server,MySQL cloud database and PHP language)scheme,a web application platform for service-oriented division is designed.Based on the control strategy of the system,the core module implementation mode and key code of the main subsystem of smart residential property management are given.To sum up,the smart residential property management system designed and implemented in this paper is to integrate the residential service system and management system into an integrated service management platform through modern Internet technology,Internet of things technology,big data technology,etc.To establish a comprehensive service platform and management platform based on Internet and multimedia communication,to provide residential users with government services,residential services,personal services and other services and applications.
