With the rapid development of embedded technology,the use of embedded operating system has become very extensive,and embedded devices are also widely used in people's life and work.When the embedded device works normally,people need to monitor and manage its operation status to prevent the failure of the device from affecting the normal operation of the system.Nowadays,many excellent open source monitoring platforms can monitor embedded devices,but only using this system without system reconfiguration and function optimization can not meet all the requirements of a practical monitoring and management project.The main topic of this paper is how to design a device management system with high reliability,reasonable architecture design and high usability.Based on LNMP server architecture and open source monitoring system Zabbix system,this paper designs and develops the actual project requirements of Emfuture.By reconstructing the system architecture and aiming at the performance bottlenecks and maintenance difficulties that may be encountered in the future development of the system,the function and performance of the system are strengthened,so that the stability,concurrency and expansibility of the whole embedded device management system are greatly improved.The specific work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the main research direction of the system,access to a large number of data analysis of the current situation for remote management system at home and abroad.By comparing the differences of different server architectures,this paper decides to use LNMP architecture as the basic server architecture,and compares the performance of various open source software.Finally,Zabbix system is chosen as the basic development system.Secondly,the requirement analysis of the whole equipment remote management system is carried out.According to the actual needs of the company,the functional and performance requirements of the system are determined,and the overall idea design and functional module design of the system are carried out.The structure and module functions of the system are realized,including information capture,distributed storage,alarm detection and information display.Performances are optimized and implemented by using CPS(Client/Proxy/Server)distributed architecture to alleviate the pressure on the server side and ensure the reliability of the system;by installing plug-ins and scripts on the server side and the proxy side to enhance the reliability of the system server side.The MySQL database master-slave backup technology is used to optimize the processing to ensure the reliability of the database;Finally,the remote management platform of equipment based on LNMP is realized.By testing the platform alarm function and preventing the server failure function test,the alarm function of the system is perfect,and the system can run stably when the main server fails,which can meet the actual needs of the company to monitor the embedded devices it produces,and improve the system.Management efficiency and quality.The platform improves the efficiency and quality of management.
