This paper focuses on the marketing strategy of Chinese brand mobile phones in the Russian market,and reflects the trade relationship between Russia and China and its importance.This paper adopts literature research and qualitative analysis.If we study the market of Chinese technology in Russia,I can give an example.For example,mobile phones in China.There are two kinds of Chinese brand mobile phones in the Russian market: Xiaomi mobile phone and Huawei mobile phone.Every year,mobile phones become more and more important in the technology market.At present,Xiaomi is one of the most developed companies in the smartphone market.Xiaomi smartphone users are as popular as Huawei,Samsung and apple smartphone users.With Xiaomi entering the international market,Xiaomi constantly improves its products.This paper studies the marketing strategy of Xiaomi smart phone in Russian market.In order to correctly analyze Xiaomi's mobile marketing strategy,marketers and analysts need to understand the basic concept of marketing and what is part of the marketing strategy.Therefore,this paper discusses the theoretical knowledge of SWOT analysis and PEST analysis.Xiaomi smart phone,as a company selling in the Russian market,researches and uses various marketing strategies,and becomes one of the best smart phone companies.It not only studies the micro environment,macro environment and SWOT analysis,but also studies four strategies.It can be said that millet mobile phone has both advantages and disadvantages in the Russian market.This paper also introduces the improvement of Xiaomi mobile marketing strategy and the guarantee measures of Xiaomi company's marketing strategy implementation.In short,in order for millet in the Russian market to achieve greater success in selling smartphones,company representatives must consider the advantages and disadvantages of all sales strategies.Measures should be taken to eliminate all defects in the sale of smartphones in the Russian market.
