| Manufacturing is the mainstay industry of national economy and the foundation of establishing,rejuvenating and strengthening a country.The strategic goal of "made in China 2025"proposed by Chinese government in 2014 has strengthened China's determination to build an internationally compet:itive manufacturing,in which mobile phone manufacturing is an important part.With the continuous development of mobile Internet,China's smartphone shipments keep growing at a high speed.And the coming 5G era is bound to set off another boom in machine purchases.China is a major producer of smartphone,and the whole industry chain has been deeply embedded into the global mobile phone industry chain and supply chain.Industrial tape is the basic material in mobile phone manufacturing.It has big sales potential in China's mobile phone market,but it is also one of the industries facing fierce market competition.The object and scope of this paper is the marketing strategy of 3 A industrial tape in China's mobile phone market.Combined with years of marketing experience in 3 A company,the author collected and sorted out the sales data,customer data,analysis report and marketing plan,and used the theories,methods and tools in MBA program,including charts,data and matrix,etc.,to analyze the status quo of 3 A industrial tape in China's mobile phone market,then,a strategic direction was advanced based on the analysis of marketing environment of China's^mobile phone market and the internal&external environment of 3A company by adopting and the Porter's Five Forces Model&SWOT matrix.Besides,the segmentation,and target market selection as well as position of 3 A industrial tape in China's mobile phone market was achieved in this paper based on STP method.Finally,the marketing status of 3A industrial tape in China's mobile phone market was analyzed and the improvement strategy was proposed based on multiple marketing theories and tools such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs,industrial marketing,integrated marketing communication,customer perceived value and 4C.Based on the environmental analysis theory,market segmentation theory and 4C theory,this paper can be a practical guideline for improving the marketing strategy of 3A industrial tape in China's mobile phone market.At the same time,the research results of this paper can also provide some significant guideline for manufacturing enterprises on how to choose a dedicated market segment and marketing management in the Chinese industry market. |
