The developments of our enterprises have been in line with the world,into the era of knowledge economy.The development of the enterprise has changed from the infrastructure,production process and human resources to the core of knowledge.How to organize and share various knowledge assets effectively and make innovation based on the effective use,bring more value and impetus for the enterprise,is an important problem in the development of enterprises and strategic planning.According to the actual enterprise's informational requirements of knowledge management,the software engineering methods are used as the research guideline,with the enterprise's collaborative business processes,the design and development of a set of practical knowledge management system driven by workflow for enterprise is described in this paper.The main research results are as follows.1)The system requirements are analyzed in detail from the aspects of development feasibility,functional requirements,use case analysis and non-functional requirements.Considering the system requires a variety of users collaborate and jointly complete review from submitting knowledge to reviewing knowledge,from releasing knowledge to invaliding knowledge become invalid,the complete life cycle to determine the overall design scheme of knowledge driven collaborative workflow system.2)Based on the demand analysis,the detailed design scheme of the system is elaborated around the system architecture,deployment structure and functional structure.It uses the role access control mechanism to design user permission management.In order to solve the conflict of interests between users and knowledge experts,the static role separation method is adopted to simplify the authorization and process control.And UML(Unified Modeling Language)is used to model the design scheme,and detailed description is made through class diagram,state machine,sequence diagram and activity diagram.3)In order to improve the user experience,the document automatic checking function is added in the process of knowledge submission.And the fuzzy search function is added to the knowledge query process.Combining the vector space model and SimHash,the document title and content are checked respectively,and the redundancy of the database is reduced.Through word vector matching to find the synonym of key words,the query effect is improved.The system load is also fully considered when two functions are realized,and the better results are achieved when the speed is ensured.4)The whole knowledge management system is realized based on Browser/Server structure and J2EE technology.After sufficient testing,the system has strong robustness.At present,the system has been put into trial operation in a certain enterprise.The system can meet the basic needs of enterprise users for knowledge management in the design and implementation,which has played a good role in promoting the efficiency of labor productivity and promoting innovation.The characteristic of the system is to introduce the concept of collaborative workflow into the process of enterprise knowledge management,effectively realizing the content synchronization and validity guarantee of enterprise knowledge from generation to release.
