In recent years,the Chinese government has been committed to economic restructuring and industrial structure upgrading,so that China is no longer just a world factory providing labor,but can become an industrial base for the continuous supply of innovative scientific and technological products for all mankind.Flat panel display market is one of the strategic development projects supported by Chinese government and an important standard to measure the level of science and technology.With the arrival of the information age,the flat panel display is applied to almost all visible equipment fields,which brings unlimited business opportunities for every enterprise in the industry chain,but also brings fierce competition and great challenges.Based on the marketing mix theory,service marketing theory and marketing strategy analysis tools such as PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,five-force model and so on,this paper makes use of the analysis methods of questionnaire survey and literature review.Taking J company flat panel display product as a concrete case,this paper discusses the specific marketing strategy of J company flat panel display product major customer,and further carries on the investigation and research from the J company flat panel display product,price,channel,promotion strategy and so on.This paper analyzes the problems of J Company in the marketing of large flat panel display customers.Finally,this paper combines the development practice of J Company and the domestic flat panel display products.According to the theory of 7p marketing mix,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the marketing strategy of J company from the aspects of product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,image display and marketing process.It is hoped that the research in this paper can help J company to better carry on the big customer management,and also hope that the research in this paper can help other industries to carry on the big customer marketing management to provide the reference and the reference.
