In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,how to stand out from the fierce competition has become a major problem faced by enterprises.The effect of enterprise cost management has a huge impact on the acquisition of the competitive advantage of enterprises.Strengthening cost management helps enterprises maintain cost leadership and gain competitive advantage.Therefore,enterprises should pay enough attention to cost management if they want to achieve development.The traditional cost management only pays attention to the procurement,production and sales links,focusing on the control of the cost after the link,this style of management has fallen behind,can not meet the current needs of enterprises.Strategic cost management from the perspective of value chain emerges at the historic moment.It starts from each link of the value chain and pays high attention to the cost management in each link of the enterprise from a strategic height.Implementing strategic cost management from the perspective of value chain is helpful to the sustainable development of enterprises.This thesis DT selected companies for the study.The company's financial data from 2015 to 2019 are taken as the basis for longitudinal comparative analysis.In addition,the average industry value and the low product diversity of Ethernet manufacturers in professional industries were selected.The financial data from 2017 to2019 of Beijing Excellence Communication Company in a strategic group were used as the basis for horizontal comparative analysis.this paper analyzes the strategic cost management from the perspective of the value chain.First,use value chain analysis and cost driver analysis to understand the value-added business and non-value-added business and cost drivers in the enterprise's value chain activities,and then combined with the analysis of strategic positioning,company should choose a cost-leading strategic positioning.And company internal value chain,industry value chain and competitor value chain three aspects of the detailed research,found that the value chain perspective of strategic cost management in the shortcomings.In these three aspects,the company's shortcomings mainly include weak awareness of full strategic cost management,not obvious economies of scale benefits,low capacity utilization rate,high raw material procurement cost,high research and development cost,low efficiency,high sales cost,poor market performance and a single sales channel and other problems.And in view of its analysis of its main cost management mode backward,Capacity expansion is difficult to reach economies of scale,production workshop management concept is weak,weak bargaining power with suppliers,R & D personnel division of labor is not clear,labor costs and marketing concept is backward and weak bargaining power with customers and so on.At the same time,from the perspective of value chain,it provides a series of suggestions from the strategic height,including establishing strategic cost management team,implementing merger and acquisition,implementing lean management,implementing upstream value alliance,implementing research and development organization division of labor,implementing online plus offline sales,upstream and downstream cooperation,and applying VMI and intelligent logistics cloud warehouse.In order to obtain the cost advantage,improve the competitiveness of the company.Strategic cost management from the perspective of value chain is a kind of strategic cost management method which combines value chain with strategic cost management and acquires competitive advantage from the perspective of strategy.Of the value chain optimization as the pinnacle of cost management,can help the company breaks the limitation of traditional cost management,analysis of cost drivers,to better supervision and management of cost,better and subject to change with the change of the internal and external environment,and to adjust value chain activities,better for enterprises to enhance competitiveness.
