Design And Implementation Of Mobile Office System For Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

The traditional way of communication can not deal with and meet the need of processing vast amount of information for most of the enterprises because the demand for information is increasing at a daily basis.People start to realize that their work will be much easier,faster,and more efficient by utilizing the office management system.This thesis will develop and design a small and medium-sized enterprise mobile phone office management system based on the Android system.In this system,it mainly provides users with functions such as conference management,news management,collaborative work,announcement management,document management and discussion management.The OA office of SMEs have been very perfect,but lack mobile office software.These functions can help SMEs complete the daily affairs,which can greatly improve the efficiency of SMEs.The system uses Eclipse as a development tool,and uses Android controls to assist in design and development.The data storage uses MySQL storage database.The system development is carried out according to the software life cycle process.According to the requirements analysis,overall design,system design,system implementation and testing steps,the design utilizes the three-level architecture mode for development.The presentation layer is the user interface for the user to handle the business;the logic layer is mainly handles user requests and uses the concurrent access mechanisms to deal with user operational data,data layer storage and data provisioning.After the system design was completed,the initial trial was carried out,which was highly praised by the users.The appearance of the system belongs to an integral part of the OA office,especially in the mobile phone installation and use,which improves the efficiency of the employees of small and medium-sized enterprises,and similar systems for the future.The development provides a reference.
