A Case Study On The Application Of Panoramic Sound In Live Broadcast Of TV Variety Shows

"Jiangsu Satellite TV 2018 New Year Concert" is the first variety show in China to use Dobly Atoms in live broadcast.The program attempts to use multi-formats production and explores new process and system solutions for TV variety production audio production.This article takes the "Jiangsu Satellite TV 2018 New Year Concert" as a sample to study the application in the Dobly Atoms of TV variety show.From the aspects of program planning,technical preparation and mixing production,to sort out the Dobly Atoms of live broadcast application of the TV variety show.In the aspects of planning of the program,the production experience,the immersive sound design,the creative exploration team and other useful experiences are summarized.In the aspects of technical preparation,the design of the live production room,the design of the live system signal stream,the microphone equipment and the mixer are explained.In the mixing production aspect,the production process of live program content setting,ambient sound setting,sound effect application are summarized.In the conclusion part,the challenges,benefits,prospects and development of the Dobly Atoms production of TV variety show are analyzed.I hope to provide a sample of learning for the Dobly Atoms production of variety shows.
