Identification Of Knowledge Evolution Path In ISLS Domain Based On Subject Words

With the approach of data science era,research documents in the field of ISLS have increased dramatically.The massive research documents bring rich resources to people and challenges for acquiring knowledge.The traditional citation network can no longer clearly show the development law of knowledge,so identifying the citation path of key documents,extracting the core topics of documents,sorting out the evolution direction and trend of knowledge have become an important proposition in knowledge service research.The path of knowledge evolution is the generation,development and extinction of knowledge.Relevant researches can not only help researchers better understand the research hotspots and evolution trend of ISLS,but also clearly present the development characteristics,trajectory and influence process of internal knowledge in ISLS.Based on the full understanding of relevant domestic and foreign researches,this paper finds that main path analysis is a common method to track critical paths in citation network as well as describe the evolution trajectory of a field.However,most researches on knowledge discovery based on this method adopt a single path search method to show the process of knowledge evolution,ignoring the perspective differences between main path identification methods.In addition,most existing researches have ignored the non-core documents and their research contents in citation network,hard to find the evolution process of the research topics comprehensively from the path node.To solve the problem,based on existing researches,this paper proposes a knowledge evolution path construction method based on topics to identify research hotspots in ISLS field and demonstrate the evolution process of knowledge.The main content of this research is divided into five parts: the introduction mainly focuses on the purpose and significance of this research,domestic and foreign research status and trend,research methods and main innovation points.In chapter two,this paper introduces the related theories and methods of the research.Firstly,this paper describes the main path analysis method based on citation network.Secondly,this paper introduces the text mining technology,including document similarity,VSM and LDA.Finally,constructs the knowledge evolution path model.Based on the relative theory and method in chapter two,chapter three,first of all,identifies BLMPand FLMP of NSFC documents in ISLS included by WoS are through main path analysis method,compares and studies the difference between the hot spot source document path and the knowledge transmission path,combines and extends key words to build BLMP-K and FLMP-K.Although keywords can express the topics of documents,but keywords are generally given and defined by the author,which is subjective and may lead to non-standard definition.In addition,due to the author's own reasons,the early publication or the publication format of the journal,there may be no keywords in some articles,so the data taking keywords as the topic identification cannot guarantee the comprehensiveness of the document content.Therefore,on the basis of chapter three,chapter four firstly extracts the largest connected subnet of NSFC document data in ISLS included by WoS,and identifies the BLMP and FLMP of this subnet.Secondly,it combines main analysis method with document similarity and LDA topic model to extract the document topics by LDA,and then combines the documents according to the text similarity and constructs BLMP-T and FLMP-T.Based on the main path analysis method of citation network,combined with topic extraction and text similarity,this article combines theoretical analysis with empirical research to construct BLMP-K,FLMP-K,BLMP-T and FLMP-T from different perspectives.Demonstrate the evolution and knowledge structure of research topics in the ISLS field.The evolution process and knowledge structure of research topics in the ISLS field are presented from different perspectives.At the theoretical level,this article promotes the related research of knowledge evolution path in the ISLS field to a certain extent,enriches the application of bibliometric analysis methods,and has certain significance for clarifying the evolution process of ISLS.At the practical level,it can help researchers find core literature and core topics quickly,understand hot research content and methods,grasp the knowledge development trend in the ISLS field,and provide reference for relevant scientific research and decision-making.
