In today's world,the rapid development of science and technology is changing people's lives.As a hot technology in recent years,additive manufacturing technology is rising rapidly.In order to be able to track the development trajectory of additive manufacturing technology and seize the window of technological opportunities,researchers need to have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the technological development path in this field.How to quickly identify the technological development trajectory and map the technological path more comprehensively has become a key problem that researchers are solving.Most of the traditional research methods on technological evolution path stay in the bibliometric research stage,and it is difficult to meet the demand brought by the explosive growth of the literature.A small number of researchers only use the topic model without considering the important citation relationship between the documents and the path described It is not perfect enough,and the data source is single.The evolution of multi-source big data association research technology has become a trend in recent years,but the association method is relatively simple,does not consider the semantic information of the text,it is difficult to dig deeper associations,and lacks good visualization effects,so it is difficult to draw a more effective evolution path.In response to the above problems,this paper collects future technical data describing the direction of technological development,adds new data dimensions on the basis of papers and patents,and effectively supports the research on the evolution of multi-source data association technology.In view of the fact that the traditional method does not effectively use the literature citation relationship and the subject information at the same time,and can not effectively visualize the subject evolution path information,this paper develops a multi-layer network correlation visualization software,which can effectively display in the context of the explosive growth of the literature.It mines the topic evolution information in the citation network,and correlates the similarity of the topics between different layers,so as to use the paper data to visualize the path of the field.This paper constructs a three-tier correlation technology evolution framework based on future technical data,papers,and patent data.The framework integrates a new topic correlation method based on LDA and word vectors.This method takes into account both topic information and text semantic information,and can be modified.The effective association theme makes up for the lack of effectiveness of the multi-source data association method.The research in this paper not only effectively identifies the technological evolution path in the field of additive manufacturing,visualizes richer subject evolution information,and excavates the conversion path of technology "proposal-development-application",and also proposes a multi-source data association research technology evolution.The process framework can effectively support the technical evolution research work of domain experts and scholars.
