Research On Social Responsibility Of Artificial Intelligence Scientists

The advent of the era of artificial intelligence means that science,technology,people and society are more closely linked to each other,and more intelligent scientific and technological achievements are applied to society and serve the society.As the main body of research and development(R&D)and implementation of technical activities,scientists master the most professional theoretical knowledge,contact with the most cutting edge scientific and technological information,and engage in the most advanced technology research.Their every move directly affects the direction of technology and social development.Whether scientists should take responsibility in the process of social development,and the content and form of the responsibility have aroused widespread concern from all sectors of society,and triggered extensive discussion in the academic circle.Therefore,the research on the social responsibility of AI scientists has important value and practical significance.This article starts from the scientist's social responsibility question related elaboration.The first chapter,on the basis of clarifying the definition of responsibility,social responsibility and scientists,focuses on why scientists should undertake social responsibility.Under the combined action of historical social development,subjectivity of scientific activities and uncertainty of science and technology,it is inevitable and necessary for scientists to undertake social responsibility.In the second chapter,the paper expounds the concept of artificial intelligence technology,development and applications,analyses the characteristics of the artificial intelligence technology,artificial intelligence technology application in need of attention in the process of algorithm is prejudice and social problems caused by unmanned,intelligent robot is analyzed,it is concluded that scientists as the principal part of artificial intelligence technology research on social responsibility should be presented in its design concept.In the third chapter,on the basis of interpreting the concept of artificial intelligence scientists,this paper sorts out the specific responsibilities that artificial intelligence scientists should undertake to the society:1)responsibility for smart technology itself and different stages of scientific research;2)responsibility for itself and the public;3)responsibility for politics and participation in political life.And elaborated the scientist to assume the social responsibility the effective way,has provided the theory basis for the scientist to better assume the social responsibility.
