With the development of social economy in China, more and more academic conference, industry conference, many units have adopted the computer management system to manage the meeting. But in the popular of the conference management information system, mostly by the office automation based, there is a normative data is not high, the interaction is relatively poor, lack of venues, staff conference resources such as unified planning, which led to the venue of the irrational allocation of resources distribution imbalance in a variety of situations.
