The Research And Application Of Equipment Remote Monsitoring Technology Based On Cloud Platform

With the rapid development of computer applications and Internet technology,the modern printing enterprises require more advanced production information management,at the same time,the printing equipment manufacturers are willing to build service system which provides effective after-sales maintenance and value-added service for printing enterprises.By analyzing the needs of both,combined application of the current Windows Azure cloud computing technology,we have put forward the the concept of Internet of machine,designed and built the cloud for printing company with the services cloud for their manufacturer.The cloud for printing company is a data information management system based on cloud,which mainly take the monitor of running status and the production process management for multiple printing equipment as the core,involving the equipment monitoring in cloud,cloud recipes,cloud work orders,cloud report form and so on.While the services cloud for manufacturer offer a range of value-added services of equipment for printing companies,including equipment alarm service,equipment fault diagnosis service,recipe service and performance analysis service,providing the application interface to invoke these service and offering processing scheme for the printing enterprise,creating a convenient,timely and reliable remote cloud service system.This paper is mainly responsible for the research of equipment remote monitoring function,which is divided into three system modules,namely data communication and monitoring in cloud,video monitoring and storage in cloud,equipment alarm service in cloud,at the same time the entire system to be deployed to the cloud.Among them,data monitoring module collect equipment operating parameters in real time,and transfer to the cloud for printing company for remote monitoring view through the trunk communication technology in Windows Azure Service Bus;video monitoring in cloud adopted the solution which combined cloud storage technology with the queue technology in service bus;equipment alarm service in cloud is a part of the services cloud for manufacturer,which provide service interface to the cloud for printing company,get the equipment fault information of the printing company,so that the professional technicians of manufacturer could view operating conditions of the faulty equipment remotely and timely,give instructions.
