With the further development of global economic integration and China's economy to continue to expand the scale,put forward higher requirements of product quality supervision of the main CIQ2000 business management system has been in the product quality supervision system in use for many years,but most of the laboratory testing business or take manual way of circulation,has low work efficiency,standardize difficult,difficult issues such as the implementation of management decision.Therefore,how to use advanced information management means to transform the business mode of laboratory basic laboratory,and effectively improve the efficiency and quality of daily inspection business work has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper first analyzes the status and problems of product quality supervision work,and highlights the necessity of building inspection and inspection business management system.The whole design adopts the multi-layer architecture based on module component technology,the application system page development uses ASP.NET platforam,adopts the B/S development mode,based on the MVC three level architecture design and development,to ensure that the system has high security and reliability.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)The core business process of the system is analyzed emphatically,and the system development design pattern and function framework are expounded according to the system requirement analysis.The realization method of the core business module function is explained.The system is modeled and analyzed by the unified modeling language,gives the use case diagram of the related functions and corresponding use case analysis.(2)According to the demand analysis of the system,the system is divided into standard and project database,statistical query,system settings,business acceptance,quality inspection,comprehensive management and other functional modules.On this basis,power designer as the foreground,SQL Server 2012 as the background database,using B/S mode to complete the design and implementation of the system.(3)The black-and-white box testing method is used to test the function and performance of the system.At the same time,the workflow is simplified and optimized,which effectively reduces the coupling between the functional modules and is easy to maintain and expand daily.
