With the rapid development of computer and artificial intelligence in China,the automation and intelligence of libraries are constantly improving.As the necessary link in the circulation process of books,book sorting plays an important role in the library work.The research of intelligent sorting system is important for the construction of smart libraries.In addition,with the deepening of the concept of reading for all,the increase of circulation of books,book sorting is facing unprecedented pressure,and the demand for intelligent sorting systems has emerged.To this end,the paper designs a set of intelligent book sorting system with automatic sorting and shipping function based on RFID technology,which provides solutions for solving the last few tens of meters of book sorting.Based on the design of intelligent book sorting system,this paper mainly studies the following aspects:Firstly,this paper designs the overall structure of the intelligent book sorting system,and expounds the operating logic of the system.It introduces the components of the system structure in detail,including the book information identification part,server and database part as well as design of AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle).To ensure the normal communication between the AGV and the server,the data communication protocol is designed by itself.This protocol provides support for data communication between the AGV and the server,and is a common language for the AGV to communicate with the server.Secondly,based on the library working environment,the traditional positioning technology is limited in its use,while the UWB positioning technology has the characteristics of low power consumption,strong communication capability and high positioning accuracy.Combined with the above considerations,this paper chooses UWB positioning technology as the basis for indoor positioning,discusses the principle of UWB ranging,and uses the triangulation algorithm to compile the positioning software.For the error problem of the triangulation algorithm itself,this paper chooses EKF algorithm to data fuse EKF Positioning technology with inertial navigation.UWB positioning and inertial navigation compensate each other to improve the positioning accuracy of UWB in the AGV movement process.Then,the free space model of AGV is established by the grid method,and the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the optimal path problem.Because the optimal solution of the basic ant colony algorithm is not ideal,this paper proposes several improved methods based on the practical application background of book sorting.Compared with the basic ant colony algorithm,the optimized path of improved ant colony algorithm is shorter,and the convergence speed is faster.Finally,the verification platform of the intelligent sorting system of the library was built for the algorithms and systems used in the above design.The verification experiments were carried out on intelligent sorting,indoor positioning and path planning,and the book sorting function test was carried out on the whole system.The results show that the scheme is effective and has certain use value.
