As of the first quarter of 2018,the number of cable TV subscribers in China was 240 million,and the number of IPTV subscribers exceeded 120 million.Although the number of cable TV users still occupies an absolute advantage,the growth shows a downward curve.After the upgrade of interactive TV in Jiangsu Province,more than 1 million set-top boxes will be able to broadcast IP video streams.They have the network and terminal basis for the development of OTT(Over The Top)video-on-demand service.In this case,it is extremely important to build a unified transport and management platform based on interactive TV OTT video.This paper expounds the main points of the platform construction from the historical background of VOD,key implementation technology,overall demand analysis,platform system design and construction.The functions of front-end development,content transmission docking,order authentication,operation and maintenance,content docking interface,data statistics and other functions have been developed,and the effective monitoring and statistical display of all operations of set-top box-end business has been realized.The relevant information and data of products can be reasonably recommended.The system strictly follows the Jiangsu wired interactive set-top box middleware development specification,adopts the MVC development mode based on B/S(Browser/Server)architecture,combines the technology of HLS(HTTP Live Streaming)IP video-on-demand streaming,and realizes the thin terminal architecture mode of OTT platform based on cloud processing and database hot standby technology,so as to realize the manageable,controllable and independent management of business.
