Design And Implementation Of A WEB-based Smart Governance Situation Analysis Platform

In order to resolve the contradiction between the ever-growing need for a better life of the people in the new era and unbalanced and inadequate development,and improve the level of socialization,rule of law,intellectualization and specialization of social governance,it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the era of smart society,promote smart governance in an all-round way and usher in a new era of good governance.Smart governance is developing rapidly at home and abroad,but the study on smart governance by situation analysis has just been carried out at home and abroad.From the perspective of software engineering,this thesis develops the smart governance situation analysis platform based on supermap GIS 8C platform,develops multiple layer display pages,and focuses on the unified management of various types of data.The main research content of this paper includes:describs the development technology of the platform,including development framework JavaEE technology development mode B/S mode,Tomcat technology,ORACLE database technology and Bootstrap technology of front-end development.The business process is illustrated by taking the business processes such as information presentation,data viewing,data query and historical data query as examples.The main functions of the platform are described by using UML modeling technology,including the functions of large linkage events,community correction and project supervision.The overall architecture of smart governance situation analysis platform adopts the four-tier design,including infrastructure layer(hardware layer),spatial data layer(database layer),server SMS communication,and client.The function of the platform is divided into the function of big linkage event,community correction,project supervision and so on.The software and hardware testing environment of the platform is built,and the topology of the test is explained in detail.Three functional modules,system CPU performance and average response time were tested,and the test results showed that the platform met the user's needs.Through the research of this system,the operation cost of personnel can be reduced and operation efficiency can be improved,which is of high economic significance.At the same time,the system has completed several application development;Preliminarily build the information support platform framework,complete the construction of database such as big linkage,major project management,community correction,etc.,which has the value of system expansibility and customized promotion,and also provides reference and reference for other similar academic researches,and has certain academic value.
