Research And Analysis Of Dongguan City 's Major Project Information Management System

Major projects are to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of important carrier, which to achieve a high level rise of specific initiatives. DongGuang arranged156major construction projects with a total investment of264.38billion yuan,31.32billion yuan annual investment plan; major preparatory arrangements for87projects, estimated total investment of206.62billion yuan in2014. It should be improving the accuracy of statistics, strengthen the unified management of information, improve and perfect the processes and services, then the major projects would be promoting and put into operation as soon as possible.It is involving a wide range of information management, timeliness requirements, so many involving personnel, collaborative, and importance of data. There is not a very simple thing to efficiently and scientifically managed all types of information. With this in mind, the author analyzed and researched major projects information management, in view of the Leading Group Office of major projects in DongGuan government.The background is mainly based on major projects information management in Dongguan. Firstly, it reveals the meaning and accomplishment after operation. Secondly, it also analyzes the system in business, function and data with the principle and method of software engineering. Thirdly, I have taken a variety of ways to solve this issue, just like using a lane diagram to analyze the original business, a case diagram to analyze every module’s function, a package diagram to analyze the relationship between the system fuction. Fourthly, there also is data analysis including funciton, entity type relationship. Then I sums of the data field and include a database table. At last, this paper focuses on summary and outlook.
