In recent years, with the development of sensor, computer,communication and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, information service applications are making life much more convenient. Among various IoT applications, the monitoring system is a more important branch, and in many areas has been widely used for its practicality and commonality. With the diversification of information type, it has become more and more important to show the information in an intuitive way.Mashup applications make use of various services resources, presenting good appearance. However, when build mashup applications that combine similar content and services, traditional coding methods show up a lot of shortcomings. Based on the background above, this paper build a engine for mashup application development which allow users to customize their network services arbitrarily, completed the design and implementation of the situation presentation system based on mashup.First, this paper designed and built the system architecture of the mashup application. This paper summarized the process of mashup to form a engine for mashup application development. The engine based on the layer model is developed with object-oriented methodology, which make it has both scalability and reusability. The engine provides many services to help users with coding, previewing, etc.Secondly, this paper completed the design and implementation of the situation presentation system based on mashup. There are two ways to build mashup application: coding in traditional methods, or with engine for mashup application development. The mashup application is designed to adapt different kinds of end instruments.Finally, this paper test and evaluate the system from the functional and performance aspects. Functional test cases were designed for each module in the system, which ensure the test adequacy. Performance tests were completed with the help of chrome.
