Water conservancy project management is one of the most traditional industries.With the rapid development of various technologies which related to computers,the traditional computer monitoring technology of pump station is facing a technological revolution.As a typical representative of single water conservancy project,pumping stations have complex systems which includes numerous equipment,high requirements for safety,reliability and real-time functions.It is a very meaningful challenge,which contributes to improve the intelligent management level of pumping station along with the existing automatic monitoring level,to achieve the purposes of perception,analysis and interaction of pumping station,and finally realize the intelligentization and modernization managements of the pumping station.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance,the current research and development status and the main research content of the smart pump station mobile APP project,and then introduces the main relevant technologies and tools for the research content which includes SQL database,JAVA technology,JPush information pushing,Android technology framework and other advanced and mature technologies.Because of the current informatization of the pumping station,there are still some problems exist such as "traditional management methods","insufficient development depth" of monitoring technology,low level of "intelligent monitoring" and gradually "emerging information management bottlenecks".During the process of demand analysis,the main problems of the pump station informationization have been analyzed.Meanwhile,the data collection and processing functions of the local pumping station,the data transmission network requirements,the system database construction and the APP mobile phone system of smart pump station have been analyzed.After the requirements analysis,the system hardware device deployment plan,mobile phone software architecture,system function and the software platform configuration have been designed along with the overall conditions,and the main business functions were listed as well.While the overall design has completed,the detailed design and implementation of the smart pump station mobile APP system has been introduced in detail,including the use of least squares method for multiple fittings to design the smart perception algorithm,the analysis design of the curve generation module with the data and time,the use of the integrated JPush tool to complete the design of the information pushing module,and the design implementation of the system's basic functional modules which include six basic functions of system,there are the project summary information module,pump station monitoring information module,information intelligent reminding service module,video information module,mobile inspection module and pumping station navigation module respectively.At the same time,to manage background data,a background management server is deployed in the data center.The background management system is built with B/S architecture which was developed by ASP.NET.The main functions of this system include registration and management of user information,configuration of cycle and indicator data,setting of limit values of various professional parameters,and real-time data query of various parameters comparisons and the system consultation about the records of alarm information.The business data of the mobile pump APP system for the smart pump station is extracted from the existing engineering monitoring system database.APP server and the engineering monitoring server are deployed in the data center.The computers have been set up at the pump stations for extracting data,which comes from the PLC equipment,and then transmitted to the engineering monitoring server through the network.The APP server extracts the data from the engineering monitoring server and deposits it into the database of the APP server to complete the data extraction,thereby enabling the user to view the parameters of the pumping station in real time remotely.This process of system running makes the smart pump station mobile APP to complete the assistance of the pump station management and contributes to more secure operation managements of the pump station.
