The arrival of the Web 2.0 era has brought tremendous changes in the way people live and entertain.Social media through Internet is actively growing and has caused a great impact on the traditional way of media communication.The social networking platform has given many organizations and individuals the opportunity to show their own impact,including museums.However,the exploration to implement communication practices in social media has just yet started.Images and films are currently the most widely accepted media for the public,so it is necessary for museums to use images to communicate on the social platforms.This article first clarifies the specific concepts and basic theories involved in the paper.Then it analyzes the current status and characteristics of the museum-related images on the social platforms.Through these analyses,we can see that these images currently exist plenty problems at various stages of the production process and the subsequent promotion.In order to solve the existing problems,this article discusses the video contents that produce by museums and disseminate through social platforms.It starts with the purpose of the dissemination and user analysis and ends with corresponding recommendations for future producing strategies.The author firmly believes that these opinions and suggestions will provide new ideas for the video transmission of museums afterwards along with particular theoretical and practical significance.
