Intelligent,miniaturized sensor detection systems are an important direction for the development of sensing and detection technologies.With the development of multiple technologies(such as chips,nanometers,and smart phone software and hardware),smart phone-based sensing and detection systems have become one of the most important research hotspots.The rapid development of smart phone hardware makes it possible to replace the hardware platform of traditional detection devices,which makes portable sensing detection based on smart phones possible,and it has the advantages of rapid detection,accurate detection results,and low cost.Therefore,this paper proposes a portable LSPR(Localized surface plasmon resonance)sensing system based on Android smartphone.Firstly,in the LSPR sensing hardware system,the vertical transmission light path is used to filter the light source,shape the beam,and record the spectrum.The hardware includes LED light sources and circuits,micro pinholes,short focal length plano-convex lenses,and linearity of the visible light region,polarization filter,short focal length cylindrical lens,grating,and integrated microfluidic LSPR sensor.The entire optical system is housed in a small box and forms a sensory detection system with the smartphone.This will help the LSPR sensing system to develop in the direction of miniaturization,and it can gradually meet the wide range of applications in homes or underdeveloped medical conditions.Secondly,in the aspect of sensing signal recording and processing,based on the theory of Android interface drawing,event processing,inter-thread communication and data fitting,Android system is used as a software development platform with advantages of superior performance,security,open source,and large user groups.In order to realize the software function,firstly,analyze the requirements from three aspects:function,interface and data trend,and then realize modular development.The program is divided into shooting module,picture cutting module,data display module,data storage module,picture selection module and The picture analysis module elaborates on six modules in detail to satisfy the maximum reuse of the program.The advantage of this module is that the modules are easy to isolate and migrate.In the process of module development,the technical and theoretical difficulties of efficient loading of large pictures,cache of images,data fitting algorithm and spectral map mapping are solved,which lays a solid foundation for intelligent detection based on smart phones.Finally,the software and hardware cooperate with debugging.The hardware debugging mainly includes,LED light source intensity,pinhole size,the position of cylindrical lens,the angle between grating and mobile phone lens and the angle between incident light and the grating and other factors on the sensor imaging signal.The software mainly tests from the interface and function.The user interface ensures that the style is unified and the content is correct.The function must ensure that algorithm must be correct.In summary,the innovation of this paper is to present a portable LSPR sensing system based on Android smartphones.Compared with the previous detection systems,in the overall design,the use of 3D printing technology to achieve the combination of software and hardware systems for handheld,and the cost is cheap;in the software design,we proposed spectrum acquisition and analysis process based on the Android system,at the same time a spectral data analysis algorithm is proposed to solve the problem that the previous analysis results cannot be directly obtained in the smartphone,and the application test shows that the system is actually available.
