Micro-jetting technology of waxis widely used in the fields of biological sciences,chemistry and medicine.with the development of science and technology,The application of micro-jetting technology of wax has been extended to more and more fields.micro-jetting technology of waxis a kind of technologythat use external force for forces paraffin liquid to spray from the micro nozzle in the form of droplets and the solidification molding in the bottom.Using micro-jetting technology of wax to make paper microfluidic chip can effectively reduce the production time,reduce the production process and reduce the experimental cost.Through the summary and analysis of the manufacturing technology of paper microfluidic chip at nation and abroad,this paper presents a method that uses piezoelectric actuation to provide driving control force.and designed the micro-nozzle.The fabrication process of glass micro nozzles:the influence of the equipment parameters in drawing,truncation and forging on the molding of glass micro nozzles.Designedthe fabrication system and experimental research of the paper-based microfluidic chips based on micro-jetting of wax.Based on the principle of DDS,Design of a piezoelectric actuator drive control system with STM32F103RBT6 as the main control chip,Complete the hardware circuit design,The PC program and the lower machine program are designed to realize the output of the driving wave.The parameters of the driving control system are studied:the influence of the type of driving wave,the frequency of the driving wave,the duty ratio of the driving wave and the voltage on the micro printing effect of themicro-jetting of wax.The parameters range of the best printing effect of the system is determined,and the application experiment is carried out.Using medium speed filter paper as the substrate,a "shizi" multi-channel microfluidic chip was fabricated and the filter paper was heated to melt the paraffin to achieve the interconnection of the hydrophobic flow channel on the filter paper.Themicro-flow channel's width is 250 ?m.To deionized water droplets in the runner,deionized water flow along the microchannels,no leakage.Prove the preparation of paper microfluidic chips meet the experimental requirements,the preparation is successful.Print a 3 × 3 array dot on the filter paper,with each array point corresponding to a circular microchannel,Will join the glycerol solution of disodium hydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate mixed with different proportions of glycerol-phosphate buffer,the buffer dropped into the chip,The resulting PH gradient array of different colors.Regional response,uniform color,gradient obvious.
