Over the past four decades of The reform and opening-up,China's information technology has achieved unprecedented development.All walks of life are conducting informatization.The popularization of informatization has greatly enhanced the efficiency of production work.In particular,enterprises will enhance their competitiveness and get better development,if they follow the trend of informatization.Kunming Changshui International Airport is China's gateway to Southeast Asia,South Asia and the gateway to Europe and Asia.In 2017,the airport had a passenger throughput of 44.73 million passengers.The information technology support for energy consumption data collection and analysis management is on the one hand,and energy saving and emission reduction on the other hand.,To reduce environmental pollution,on the one hand,it can improve the efficiency of energy use,reduce the operating costs of enterprises,increase labor productivity,and meet the needs of the 12 th Five-Year Plan for Civil Aviation and the energy-saving and emission-reduction and energy-saving emission reduction of civil aviation.This article is written in conjunction with the actual status of energy consumption at Kunming Changshui International Airport.Before the paper was written,the project background and research and application status of the energy consumption management system were studied in detail.The research background and significance of the paper were given in the article,and my work was introduced in detail.Through the UML modeling language.With the object-oriented development ideas to conduct a detailed modeling of this article,this article is divided into seven functions: integrated management,energy consumption data collection and management,energy consumption statistics management,assessment management,notification management,basic data management,system management,etc.The module,after modeling,combines database technology to analyze the system.In this paper,the organizational structure of Changshui Airport is first introduced using the organization chart.Then the existing business process and optimization process of the related business are analyzed through the swim lane chart.Secondly,the business functions are analyzed using the package map and the use case diagram.In this paper,the core functions of research and analysis,the final establishment of the relevant database tables,through the thumbnails for data analysis,and at the end of the text gives a summary and outlook.
