Research And Analysis Of The Staff Dormitory Management System Of Kunming Survey And Design Institute

This paper takes the staff dormitory management in Kunming survey and Design Institute as the research background,and analyzes the significance and application status of the project.In the business analysis of staff dormitory management system,we analyze the inefficient renting business process,optimize the original business process and improve efficiency.In the function analysis,the function analysis of the dormitory application management,the dormitory rental agreement,the rent management,the daily maintenance management,the housing management,the basic data management and the system management is analyzed.The corresponding function of the staff dormitory system is clarified,and the package diagram and the sub function package of the general function are given.through data analysis of this paper,data needed to be processed by the staff dormitory system is analyzed by the sub functions,and the thumbnails of the management information system of the staff and workers' dormitory,entities class diagram(E-R chart)along with database tables are given.Finally,the research and analysis of staff dormitory management information system is summarized,and the future is predicted.
