The temperature control system of the incinerator has the characteristics of strong coupling,large lag,nonlinear and multivariable.In actual control,single PID control is difficult to achieve satisfactory results,resulting in low combustion efficiency of incinerator,large fuel consumption and unstable combustion process.The thesis first introduces the technology and control requirements of the incinerator control system,and determines the overall plan of the control system.Then the hardware selection and software design of the control system are described in detail.The control system adopts the soft redundancy structure to improve the system's fault tolerance and make the system more stable and reliable.Using the Web release function of WinCC,the control system can be monitored remotely,and the operation flexibility of the system is improved.Furnace temperature control is the core of incinerator control system.Based on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of incinerator,a mathematical model of furnace temperature control is established based on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of incinerator in view of the large lag,nonlinear and multivariable problems existing in the combustion process of incinerator.In the self-tuning fuzzy PID algorithm based on the advantages of using OPC technology make MATLAB real-time data acquisition of complex data and the WinCC server combined implementation of PC monitoring software WinCC server and MATLAB client data exchange,the parameters of PID controller are optimized,the precise control of the gas to adjust the furnace temperature.The simulation shows that the stability,precision and anti-interference ability of the furnace temperature control are improved compared with the conventional PID control.
