At present,the control object in industrial processing control was often Time-varing nonlinearity system.The conventional PID control system was not very suit for this type of system,because the conventional PID control can't accomplish online auto-tuning PID parameter adjust.so this paper stated a new fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller .firstly ,this paper discussed the feasibility and principlon fuzzy intelligent control.a fuzzy controller based on Mamdani algorithm is established.In this paper ,system simulation was done and programming was fulfilled.The controller is tested by the control system of temperature measurement in boilers.Results show that this method is feasible and control parameter in this system surpassed the conventional PID control system.
