The preparation and delivery of powder is an important basic industries, it isconstituted of the crushers, mills, scraper machine, elevators and the equipments ofweighing. The background of this paper is a developing and designing of the controlsystem of preparation and delivery via XX Co., Ltd., by means of the lastestprogrammable logic controller technology, fieldbus technology and configurationsoftware technology, in-depth discussion of the design and implementation of controlsystem via transportation fieldbus of ore, the relationship of particle size ofmanganese powder and belt speed, precision feeding as the critical issues that we arestudying. In the same time, combined with the inherent characteristics of itsequipment, the control program of processing design was given.Against the users,actual situation of hardware system in the scene, the PLCcompleting the overall control and industrial computers achieving control systemmonitored was used. In the same time, there is more uncertainty and interferencefactor in the control system, traditional PID control algorithm is difficult to achievecontrol effect. Therefore, the closed-loop control and intelligent control wasembedded in PLC, via using Simatic S7Protocol Suite to drive, the communicationbetween PLC and WinCC configuration software was achieved, intelligent algorithmis easily applied to the control system, and also it is adapted to more complexconditions where there was a serious non-linear, disturbance factor. We can control tofeed by the compound tubes via the use of Adaptive Fuzzy PID, and make weigh canadjust with the changes in the interference factor, achieved the best electrolysis of thecompounds of manganese. Using feedforward-feedback fuzzy PID control ofconveyor belt speed, the amount of feed mill is well controlled, effect ofself-adjustment due to changes in external environment, achive grinding particle sizenot less than120manganese compounds.The control system of manganese powder conveying and the online monitoringsystem of production process were researched in this study. The mineral powderparticle size and precision feeding control for compounding cylinder can be controlled.Thereby, the electrolytic manganese production process automation was improved, thecost can be reduced and the competitiveness of products can be enhanced.
