| In the era of Post-Truth,social network platform(social media)is developing and popularizing on a large scale.It has become the main channel to get the news in China,which deeply affected the development of China's journalism and the overall picture of information ecology.The governance of the online content,including the news,has a great impact on the national strategy.Under this background,it is necessary to study the news governance of the social network platform.At the same time,by means of capital and technology advantages,the social network platform has been the new governance subject of online content.It is now challenging our traditional news governance mode,so it is urgent and necessary to discuss this topic.This thesis will show the important problems and basic solutions under this topic from the news communication status and news governance status of social networking platforms.The present situation of news communication is focused on the pattern of communication and the existing problems,including the imbalance of the media pattern,the unidentified management authority and the false news.The discussion about current situation of governance is focused on the current laws and the typical case,WeChat Public Account.Meanwhile,the news information governance present situation of social network platform in foreign countries will be analyzed,in order to draw some useful lessons.This paper will make innovations in 2 aspects:first,discrminating the concepts of governance and management,and discussing from the perspective of governance.Second,making the user management into the scope of the platform to improve the news governance structure of social network platform.After completing the basic research,I will make suggestions from 3 aspects,including the improvement of laws and regulations,the construction of governance models and the ability of platform governance,hoping to help our current information governance of social networking platform. |
