Research And Analysis Of The Editorial Management System Of Yunnan National Tax Picture Book Magazine

In recent years,the national tax system has gradually implemented tax service publicity,and the reform of paper media has been changing steadily.Internal bimonthly "Yunnan National Tax" is facing transition which from pure language schemata policy interpretation to face to the general public of universal tax draw magazine.In my study,I try to work out a practical feature of management system which following the footsteps of Yunnan National Tax editor.This paper is based on the development of editorial management system of bimonthly Yunan National Tax.Firstly,the paper introduces the research significance and background of the editorial management system of Yunnan National Tax picture book and the existing problems in editing and management,and the contents and main work of the current research are clearly defined.Business analysis,in this paper,the duty of organization structure and business people in Yunnan were analyzed,and the excavated from the original business process and improve the mechanism,to draw a set of feasible business process diagrams,structure concise editing management system.Function analysis,this article divided into roles involved,and carries on the analysis of the role of data flow divided into explicit function,these functions to refine a subordinate business district,and edit the general function structure of the management system and structure of each functional module,including basic data management,task allocation,manuscripts,manuscript selection management,magazine layout management and printing management function module.In data analysis,describes the data flow diagram of each data entity,the editing management system each function in the process of data analysis,draw the corresponding E-R diagram,the use of the form of a database table set up a sound data structure.In the end,the paper summarizes the research and analysis of the editorial management system of yunnan national tax picture magazine,and gives a prospect for future planning and deployment.
