Along with our country the development of individual economy rising prosperity,economic activity is multiplied quantity,scale,then produce a large amount of invoice due to the need of temporary economic transactions to the national tax authorities must of taxpayers.In order to strengthen the management on this part of the taxpayer,tax mode,actively explore new maximum reduce the pressure on tax collection and management and optimization of resource allocation,baoshan city,the state administration of taxation to full swing throughout the city commission of VAT invoice and to collect tax work,proposed the use of advanced computer network and computer information processing technology,development of entrust of VAT invoice management system requirements.This paper first introduces the baoshan city commissioned by the state administration of taxation of VAT invoice management system research background,other provinces(area)the same system development and application of the status quo,this paper expounds the main content and the objective of the work;Second,the detailed analysis is made from three aspects of the system's business requirements,functional requirements and data requirements.Conduct business requirements analysis by drawing detailed flowcharts for each management business;Perform functional requirements analysis by drawing system use case diagrams and documenting the use case specification forms.Data requirements analysis is performed by drawing the thumbnail of the class diagram of the system,the entity class diagram,the database table,and so on.System's overall function design a invoice normal open management,inventory management,scarlet letter issue management,become invalid,invoices and submitted to the query management,system management,system management seven modules;Finally,the thesis writing work is summarized,my main work is expounded,combined with the lack of the project research points out the next research direction.
