| For the financing assistance management of the students with family economic difficulties in Baoshan University,due to a wide range of financing assistances and financing objects,various types of financing assistances,different financing time,and complicated financing audit and approval process,the staff who are responsible for the financing assistance are extremely distressed.A management system that is suitable for financing assistance work for the students with family economic difficulties and can effectively improve work efficiency becomes an effective way to solve the problems urgently needed by financing assistance work of Baoshan University.Based on the background of the current actual work of financing assistances for the students with family economic difficulties in Baoshan University,through investigation and research and analysis,in this paper,a financing assistance management system for the students with family economic difficulties was analyzed and designed,and the method of UML-oriented programming in software engineering and Visio software were used to study and analyze the various functional modules of the system.In the course of business analysis of the system,the problem of student financing management business,relevant organization function and responsibilities、system user role and operation were analyzed.Based on the detailed analysis of the existing problems of non-system business process.Out of the establishment of the system after the optimization of the reengineering business processes,such as:a new poverty standard management business processes;simplifies and standardizes the application approval process and payroll flow of work study program.In the functional analysis,the use case diagram and the package diagram are used to describe in detail the basic information management,the standard of poverty management,the poverty identification management,the scholarship management,the work study management,the special difficulty subsidy management,the system basic data management,system management function modules of the functional requirements.In the part of data analysis of the thesis,the thumbnails of each functional module of the system are given,and the relation diagrams among the various entity classes are given,and the database table structure is analyzed and established.. |
