The Influence Of Social Apps On The Spread Of Rural Areas In Jiangsu

Scholars at home and abroad are enumerating the development,dissemination and influence of new media.But rural audiences are often neglected in new media research.However,as a large agricultural country with a population of about 46% of the total population in rural areas,the problem of farmers cannot be avoided.With the increasing popularity of smart phones and mobile networks in rural areas,the impact of social apps on rural areas is becoming more and more profound.To this end,the author selected 4 villages in central Jiangsu as the research object.The method of questionnaire survey and field interview were used to explore the countryside.From mobile social APP contact situation,content,orientation and group preference survey of rural residents of the contact degree of the social APP,and using the SPSS software analysis has obtained the survey data,the spread of the research on the rural residents social APP cell phones.Through arrangement and analysis of the results,the author draws a conclusion.On the one hand,the popularity of social apps in the rural areas of Jiangsu province is increasing,and the audience’s contact and attitude towards social apps has resulted in a change of group characteristics.On the other hand,to some extent social apps have changed the original social attitudes of rural residents in Jiangsu,bringing new interpersonal communication styles,especially in the diversity of marriage and dating.What’s more,the strong hit represented by social App has brought the rich variety of communication channels and forms,stimulating the rural audience’s information demand,bringing an new era to traditional media market and spread pattern of rural central Jiangsu.
