Research And Analysis Of Traffic Engineering Product Inspection Management System

With the development of science and technology,the traffic engineering testing equipment and testing technology changed rapidly.But many problems still exist in the traffic engineering quality detection.For example,there are many traffic engineering special qualification product categories,testing items and standard;inspection personnel cannot get the equipment state information in a timely manner because of the communication between the inspection personnel and the equipment management in the inspection personnel is not smooth.The different inspection report need the inspection personnel to write again and again.It can't measure the testing personnel's workload because they management the test work by artificcial.The client is unable to know the progress of detection.To solve the above problems,this paper tries to construct a traffic engineering product inspection management system.Based on combs and reconstructs the existing testing standards,workflow and test report templates,this system realizes the real-time sharing of human resource data and detection equipment data with human resource management system and equipment management system by data exchange technology.And it achieved data transmission between each detection equipment and monitoring management system through the interface technology.The system can effectively reduce the duplication of labor,improve work efficiency,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,promote the further development of enterprises,and make more contributions to the society.This paper firstly analyzes the original three workflow in the process of detection management.The original business process combed and reconstructed to form eight new business processes based on the idea of software engineering.On this basis,this paper analysis the use case diagram,package diagram and so on step-by-step with the object-oriented software development as a guide.Finally,this paper analyzes the data through concept class diagram and entity class diagram and thumbnail and design the system database in order to lay the foundation for subsequent development work.
